Ken Stibler

Leader, change agent and catalyst, Ken Stibler is the founder and president of Strategic Integration. Mr. Stibler is an experienced, strategically oriented sales and operational executive who has been recognized for his leadership with companies facing strategic operational or financial challenges. Ken has developed a reputation for his abilities in execution and organizational development across multiple industries. He has led substantial performance improvements and improved bottom-line results for companies he has worked for and clients he has served.

Ken’s expertise includes a broad range of skills including strategic and tactical planning, imbedded platform management, sales & marketing and mergers & acquisition integration. He is an Organizational Dynamics, Inc. (ODI) Certified Total Quality Management Facilitator.

Mr. Stibler’s business and consulting career spans more than 25 years in executive leadership roles that have included multi-million dollar P&L responsibilities. Ken has a unique ability to understand a wide variety of company issues and the proven ability to lead change and drive profitable growth. This is evidenced by key financial measurements by companies he has worked for and clients he has served. Ken has industry experience in the automotive, insurance, energy and telecommunications fields. Clients he has served across the country have also included network services, software development, computer hardware, construction, marketing communications, executive recruitment, and nuclear imaging.

Executive roles that Ken has held include interim CEO of an electric mobility company, COO of an insurance company, President of an automotive finance training company, President of a CRM Software integration company and Division President of an energy company. He has also held Executive VP and General Manager Positions in the telecommunications industry.

During his career, Ken has participated and led 10 merger and acquisition transactions valued at over $1.5 billion. He has been an officer and director for public, private and non-profit organizations. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for EV Tech and the Business Marketing Association.

Mr. Stibler began his career as a college basketball coach working at George Mason University and the College of Charleston. While in Charleston, his team won the 1982 NAIA National Championship.

Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Biscayne College in Miami, Florida graduating Cum Laude.
